At KTM Twins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are securely attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
